Many thought that MK-ULTRA — government programs focused on mind-control and brainwashing — was just another conspiracy theory. Turns out it wasn’t a “theory;” it was a real conspiracy and one that is potentially still active.

The House Oversight Committee's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets,
chaired by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, held a high-profile hearing on June 30, 2026, titled "Mind Control and Accountability." This session included testimony from former CIA officers who discussed historical abuses, potential program continuations, and links to figures like Charles Manson and Jack Ruby (of the JFK assassination).


A highly regarded, trauma trained psychotherapist, Max Lowen has worked with both
survivors and perpetrators for over 30 years. In DC’s inner city, she helped traumatized homeless people and addicts. In Virginia, she worked as Director of the Batterers Intervention Program, and she was a consultant in a women’s correctional facility, too. In California, Max manned a rape crisis center and also helped sexually abused children.

She is a survivor of MK-ULTRA programs — specifically Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA), torture, and trafficking, Max now helps other SRA/MK-ULTRA survivors. In her podcast called
Unbroken, she interviews survivors, healers, and teachers, while sharing her knowledge of the techniques the Deep State or “Cabal” uses to keep humanity trapped in cycles of trauma and control; techniques apparently used on all of us.


By sharing the truth, Max says, we can find solutions to the myriads of dark and painful
issues facing us, and restore the balance here on this beautiful planet.
