Mr. Beaudoin, author of a scathing report on our national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has expanded his critique of Orwellian “public” health to tackle our failing experiment in justice called the U.S. court system. As the Supreme Court just refused to hear an appeal against the 9th Circuit’s insane decision that humans can be concentration camp’d to receive a toxic injection if only a bureaucrat screeches the shot helps “public” health, Mr. Beaudoin used his management systems expertise to find that the courts have imposed an epidemic of civil litigation dismissals that are tearing our country apart.

Just as Covid’s toxic injection has caused an explosion of excess death, that period saw a similar doubling of civil litigation. John argues that organizational behavior models explain the natural response to dismiss - our court system otherwise could not survive that case load.

But aren’t litigants guaranteed, under the 7th Amendment, a jury trial to adjudicate disputes even over small monetary values? Instead of achieving justice’s goal of, well, justice, we’re facing an epidemic of dismissals of otherwise meritorious cases. When plaintiffs fail to
gain relief via the courts, they continue to suffer abuse - and potentially aggravate a growing civil strife in our fractured society. If the People lack a legal avenue for a redress of grievances, America could fracture. He writes:

"By their own written words, Circuit Judge Janice Rogers Brown, the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch agree that dismissal doctrines are abused by the lower courts.”

John has 30+ years in the semiconductor R&D industry. He is a Free man and intends to remain so. Oh, yeah, and he lives in New Hampshire.
